No-Quibble 14-Day Return Window

You may return unworn, unwashed footwear in original packaging within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason. The 14-day countdown begins on the day the shipment tracking shows “delivered.”

Buyer responsibility: Return postage, insurance and any import fees on the way back to us.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Shoes showing signs of wear (creases, scuffed soles, odors, stains).

  • Final-sale / clearance styles flagged “NON-RETURNABLE” at checkout.

  • Gift cards or e-gift vouchers.

  • Accessories supplied free of charge (“gifts with purchase”).

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery or without an RMA number.


Refund Process & Timing

  1. Request — Email [email protected] with your order ID to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Ship — Send the package within 7 days of RMA issuance using a trackable service.

  3. Inspection — We confirm condition within 2 business days of receipt.
