These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and Your NVantage (Hong Kong) Limitedame, a global footwear company specialising in Heels, Boots, Heeled Sandals, Flat Sandals, Ballet Pumps, Loafers, Flat Shoes, and Wedges (“Your NVantage (Hong Kong) Limitedame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any website, mobile application, smart-insole companion app, or in-store technology that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Account Security
1.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or place an order.
1.2 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information you provide to us is true, current, and complete.
1.3 Account Credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Product Information & Availability
2.1 Descriptions. We strive for accuracy, but colours, materials, or fit may vary due to device displays or artisanal production.
2.2 Pricing. Prices are shown in your selected currency and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and fees unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Inventory. Availability is subject to change without notice; we reserve the right to limit quantities.
3. Orders & Payment
3.1 Contract Formation. Your order is an offer; a contract is formed only when we send a written order-confirmation e-mail.
3.2 Payment Methods. We accept major credit cards, PayPal™, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other region-specific options.
3.3 Security. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS-compliant gateways; we do not store full card numbers.
3.4 Fraud Screening. Orders may be delayed or cancelled pending verification to protect you and us against fraud.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Global Reach. We ship to more than 40 countries from regional hubs in the EU, US, and MENA. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
4.2 Risk of Loss. Title and risk transfer to you upon delivery by our carrier to the shipping address provided.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return. You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
5.2 Condition of Goods. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
5.3 Buyer Bears Return Shipping. Return postage, customs duties, and insurance (if desired) are your responsibility.
5.4 Refund Timeline.
• We will process refunds to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
• For PayPal™ transactions, funds will appear in your account no sooner than 14 days after processing; where local law mandates, refunds may take up to 30 days.
5.5 Non-Returnable Items. Custom-made shoes, gift cards, and heavily worn footwear are not eligible for returns.
5.6 Faulty Goods. If you receive a defective product, contact Customer Support within 14 days to arrange a free exchange or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services—including designs, text, graphics, logos, and the CloudStride™ comfort technology—is owned by or licensed to Your NVantage (Hong Kong) Limitedame and protected by international IP laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
7. User-Generated Content
By posting reviews, images, or other materials, you grant Your NVantage (Hong Kong) Limitedame a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, adapt, and distribute that content in any media. You represent that you own or control the rights to the content and that it is non-infringing.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

violate any applicable law or regulation;

upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, or interfere with other users;

engage in any activity that could harm our brand reputation.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your NVantage (Hong Kong) Limitedame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) HKD 5,000 or (ii) the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your NVantage (Hong Kong) Limitedame, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12.2 Amicable Resolution. Contact our Customer Support first; we aim to resolve issues within 30 days.
12.3 Arbitration. Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) Administered Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is Hong Kong; language, English.
12.4 Class Action Waiver. You and Your NVantage (Hong Kong) Limitedame waive any right to participate in class or representative actions.
13. Modifications to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via e-mail or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, governmental actions, or interruptions in transport or utilities.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
